10 arm curls – 35 lb dumbbells 10 shoulder raises – 20 lb dumbbells 10 standing military press – 35 lb dumbbells 10 standard plank pushups 20 v-crunches 20 16 inch box jumps 10 close grip pullups 10 tricep extensions (70 lb dumbbell) Repeated whole circuit 3 times – was done in less than 45 minutes

What’s Next?

I’ve been on a mission since I stepped in to help a much weather-delayed Mitch Joel of Twistimage present for an Advertising Association of Winnipeg luncheon on October 14th.  The speaking opportunity allowed me to parlay tickets for the Tony Robbins Power Within day session the following day, and I’ve since been back on the self motivational bandwagon. I’ve re-listened to Tony Robbins’ 26 day CD/tape program on living with Passion.  It was a good centering exercise.  Helped me to re-define my short, medium and long term goals.
